Q: What are some popular locations & venues in San Antonio for special events?
A: Ah, so many venues, so little space to mention them all. Frankly, we do have our favorites. Starting with the Weston Centre right on the riverwalk and Sunset Station which is centrally located close to all downtown hotels. and the Plazas of La Villita which are also downtown. Call or email to discuss pros and cons of other locations. We'll do all the legwork and let you know what sites are available on your dates and the costs.

A: It always depends on the client and the needs of the event. It can range from site selection to menus to entertainment, designing theme decor. You name it, we do it.

A: Certainly. We've been in the entertainment industry for over 30 years. We work with many personal managers of major artists and have access to all local and regional entertainers.

A: Absolutely. Just let us know your preferences on style and theme, number of guests to plan for, any no-nos or restrictions on diet; we'll send you some basic menu ideas to get started and go from there.

A: Certainly. We've been planning parties for over 30 years and we can give you tons of ideas and ways to make them happen. Give us some parameters to work from and we'll give you several ideas to consider.

A: Some of the more popular ideas range from TexMex themes to Casino events styled around the Old West, Saloon ambience to upscale Latin themes to Hollywood based events.

A: Yes. We have a wide variety of staging and decor props depending on the theme of your event. We also have great ideas on special lighting effects.

A: Yes, we can. First, we'll have discussions about your company, your budget, your goals and customers and what you want to accomplish.
Q: How much lead time do you generally need to get started?
A: We have been known to get proposals to a client within 24 hours depending on the complexity of the event. However, we do like to show off so give us at least a couple of days for a reply..

A: It all depends on the size of your event and what is involved. We'll give you an itemized list of costs and other details as part of the proposal.
