Guests arrive to a lively and stylish reception area decorated with oversize displays featuring icons of the Beatles culture. Decor and coloration styled around 'Peter Max' poster art culture so pervasive during the Beatles era. Whimsical interpretations of 'Yellow Submarine' and 'Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club' expand on the the colors and styles of the era...
A string ensemble is playing excerpts of early Beatles classics—'Michele', 'Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds' , 'Nowhere Man', 'Yesterday', etc...during the cocktail reception interspersed with original recordings...
Service personnel; bar and waitstaff are costumed in colorful period regalia; beads, scarves and wigs (where appropriate) and costumed Beatles? and English ?Bobbies? mix and mingle as photographers record the event with Polariod snapshots...
Reception segs into dinner period (music level rises temporarily) gates are opened and guests flow into dining area thru ?London Lampost? entryway. Tables elegantly set with colorful and eclectic centerpieces of faux neon creations. Room is encircled with huge dayglo poster panels styled from Peter Max creations... Special lighting effects and smoke hazers create a London Pub ambience.
When coffees and desserts are served, the Showstoppers a 12-pc costumed song & dance troupe explode onto the stage and perform with ?Beatles? Band until close.
On depature, guests are presented with a complimentary Beatles coffee table book (Beatles Anthology or Days In the Life).
